Our veggie day was a huge success! The Spitting Pig team catered for my 100 guests with minimum fuss and followed all special requests. The chefs and servers were great and even more importantly the food was amazing with even enough left over for seconds for the day after! Great service and I would definitely use this company again!

The hog roast was a massive talking point at my mum's 60th birthday celebrations. A great selection of breads and salads were provided (my favourite was the potato salad - yum!) as sides to the mouth wateringly delicious pork. Thanks for a great day Spitting Pig!

I would recommend this service to anyone after hiring them for my daughter’s 18^th birthday party. The prices are reasonable and the quality of food and drinks were of high standards. All in all I really loved the service I received with Spitting Pig.

Highly recommend – Spitting Pig who served our company team members something special, as a thank you for all the hard work they have been doing recently. We had their Hog Roast in a soft white roll, with plenty of homemade apple sauce poured over, then topped with crackling, coleslaw & sauce of choice (I had a little chilli sauce) the meat texture was perfect & taste was incredible. The smell of the pork cooking along with the fresh salads was just incredible. The team served us with lots of humour, warmth & professionalism.

I booked the spitting pig as a surprise for my Dad's 60^th and I couldn’t recommend them enough! The chefs and servers were very organised and provided the tastiest food. I’ve had many messages since about how they could eat the hog roast all over again! Thank you all again.

Dear team Dan and I would like to thank you for a fantastic hog roast on the evening of our party. Everyone commented on how tasty the meat was, and lots of people went up for seconds (and some for thirds!). The team were really helpful, particularly with one of our guests who had complicated dietary needs and they were really helpful. Booked the company to cater at a large family party a few weeks ago. I have to say that the standard of service was impeccable and everything we queried was handled brilliantly. Spitting Pig Oxford catered for my daughters wedding this weekend and their food and service is second to none. We had a beautiful four course dinner followed by a luxurious hot and cold buffet in the evening. We have had some wonderful comments from our guests. The booking process was so easy with the help of the office team and the food was spectacular. There was something on the menu to suit everyone – including vegans, vegetarians and someone with some food allergies. Fantastic from start to finish.

Absolutely delicious, amazing meat and very helpful staff. Loved the fact they also cater veggie options to offer something for everyone (my vegetarian and vegan friends were very pleased with that). Would definitely do it again and hopefully will, prices are more than reasonable as well- there's literally nothing to complain about.

Having a hog roast at our wedding was such a hit! We were really over the moon with how everything went and we’ll definitely be coming to the company again for future special occasions! The pulled pork was unbelievably good, as was everything else on the table. A fabulous end to an amazing day!

I just want to say a huge thank you for the hog roast you supplied us on Saturday, it was a runaway success! I thought your communication from the moment of enquiry up to the night of service was friendly and efficient from start to finish and I really appreciated the call in the evening to let me know you were on the way. The service on the night was fantastic, polite, helpful and so self sufficient which was really appreciated. The food was beautifully presented, from bread basket to sauces but most importantly the pig was delicious, moist and plentiful! There have been so many compliments about the hog roast  from the guests and we have thoroughly enjoyed the leftovers for the last couple of days. Superb service on the day, and food was very good, despite the wedding schedule running about an hour behind schedule (our fault). The staff adjusted the cooking times, kept things warm and provided really great service. Judy was always extremely helpful and polite over the phone. Plenty of complements were received from the happy guests at the wedding, on the quality of the food. Have already recommended your services to our friends. Thanks to all involved.

Not only very efficient, the gentlemen were most pleasant and courteous. They prepared a delicious meal and cleared everything away without fuss. I just wanted to say what a fantastic night we had on Saturday- and a lot of it was thanks to the Spitting Pig team. We were absolutely thrilled with your professional and friendly staff and most all the absolutely delicious food. We got many comments on the fantastic quality of the food and everyone enjoyed it very much so. Our only regret is we didn’t get to come back for more! The quality of the food would have been excellent for a dinner party of 6 but it remained fantastic even for 110 of our guests. Thank you so much for catering for our party and if we ever do have one in the future we will be sure to use you again- and indeed to pass on the word.

Hi team, a special thank you for your hard work and fantastic food at my birthday party last week. I didn’t book the event so we haven’t spoken before, what with it being a surprise party and all, but I insisted to John that I tell you personally how appreciative I was of the food and everything you did throughout the evening. I had a cracking time and I’m sure that everybody else did, and I know that’s in part to the great food and the atmosphere you helped to make possible. We might even buy a machine for the summer months. Johns going to have a look over our savings and see if we can afford it, so it’s likely we’ll be in touch again, perhaps in April.

Loved their food, loved their staff, most of all I loved that they made the food perfectly, despite me giving them what’s probably an exceptionally difficult menu to work from, without having cooked most the meals routinely. I can’t say enough about them, really. It was as good as any restaurant I’ve been in, and that’s saying something, seeing as it’s not a restaurant, its mobile catering!

Hi guys, great food the other night, good stuff all round, good comments all round. Keep it up and good luck in future. The food was horrendous… horrendously good that is! Been a big fan of hog roasts for a while now as I mentioned, but i have to say honestly that yours ranks as the best I’ve had.
