Christmas Is On The Way, And Hog Roast Great Milton Are Here To Help You Celebrate!

We’re now in the final stretch before Christmas, and, as always, it’s been all hands on deck for our team here at Hog Roast Great Milton as we prepare for one last rush of festive bookings!

As trusted caterers, the holiday season has always been our busiest time of year, and it’s also one we look forward to with the most excitement and anticipation. The combination of the cheery atmosphere, seasonal decor and festive food are enough to lift anyone’s spirits, and, after all those letdowns last year, we’re making the most of every opportunity we get to help our customers and clients pull off the best Christmas ever this year!

Most recently, we had the utmost pleasure of attending Alan’s first-ever office party. Having launched his small business back in the first quarter of 2020, the client sadly missed out on the chance to throw a festive celebration for his small group of staff last Christmas. But with no lockdown restrictions to block his plans this year, he decided to really push the boat out to thank his team for all their hard work and show them how much they are valued.

To make things really special, Alan had come to Hog Roast Great Milton and placed a booking for our Full Festive Menu, which includes everything you would expect from a Christmas feast – and more!

Hog Roast Great MiltonPicture sitting down to creamy and delicious homemade cauliflower cheese with a lightly crisp top, a gravy boat filled with thick, rich gravy, glazed sprouts, carrots, green beans and peas sourced fresh from the farmers market, irresistibly juicy pigs in blankets and golden roasties seasoned with garlic and rosemary. The star of the show, though, is undoubtedly our slow-roasted free-range pig with stuffing, applesauce and crackling or our tender and succulent whole roasted turkey with cranberry sauce.

For his event, Alan had chosen our traditional turkey option, which was ideal for the group of 15 people who attended the celebration last Friday. Hog Roast Great Milton even prepared an individual portion of our BBQ pulled jackfruit dish for one of the guests who was vegan, and after the meal, they presented everyone with a glass of non-alcoholic mulled wine and mince pies with brandy cream.
