On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Oxford city team arrived in the afternoon to prepare our menu for serving at 7:00pm. We began by slow-roasting the hog and ensuring that it was packed full of natural juices and flavours before it was expertly carved by our chef. Once ready, the succulent pork was served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we also served homemade chips and a selection of fresh salad dishes to create a varied and delicious evening meal. Our buffet was a great addition to this pub and brought out many new faces to the venue, which was exactly what Marie hoped to achieve!
