Monday morning we were feeling a little tired as we all met in the office to talk through the up and coming events of the week we needed a few cups of strong black coffee to waken us all up and its not surprising the weekend we have had doing multiple hog roasts in Oxford! We didn’t stop from start to finish Friday evening we were straight out and catering for an engagement party in the public house of a lovely little town a rowdy bunch with huge appetites and we didn’t stop until well after midnight but a great night was had by all! 
Saturday we were up early and heading just out side of town for a birthday party Hog Roast Oxford were catering for a lovely lady who was seventy years young catering in here nursing home and a jolly crowd we had a good sing some and they were lovely people too, Sunday we headed out in the after noon as we were heading a few miles away and catering for another birthday again in a public house and these are proven to be a popular choice just lately for Hog Roast Hire and guests! Catering for two hundred and we were cooking pork, beef and lamb with all the trimmings and the ale was flowing a lovely combination good meats and fine ales they go together really well we didn’t feel tired on bit as when we are out catering to be fair we don’t have time to be tired but we do when we get home it starts to tell on us and no more so than in the office on Monday! But what a great weekend! We really cannot complain we love being busy and we would be moaning if we were sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. And waiting for orders popping up via the website but we are lucky we have lots of orders! Another busy weekend ahead so we are going to get early nights through the week and saver our energy for the weekend and make sure we are nice and fresh bring it on let the parties begin bring on the hog roast in Oxford…
