Forming the heart of the menu, we served up our famous hog roast. With its golden crispy skin encasing juicy tender meat, herby sage and onion stuffing and homemade applesauce, everyone was in awe before they’d even taken a bite. Before long, each of the guests had a very full plate in front of them, featuring a hog roast sandwich in the centre, surrounded by tomato and mozzarella salad, mixed salad, coleslaw and a potato side. And it’s a good thing Hog Roast Bicester always cooks a bit extra, because guests were straight back up for seconds the moment their plates were empty – the food was simply that good.
