Henry and Alice are getting married this spring and have hired Hog Roast Bicester to cater for their big day. The couple were introduced to our catering at a wedding fair in 2024 and quickly got to chatting with our catering manager about how we could cater for their wedding. They thought that our menus sounded delicious and that our team were incredibly welcoming, so they decided to hire us for their 2025 wedding. Now that their wedding day is only a few months away, Hog Roast Bicester is busy finalising the details of their delicious wedding package.
The Hog Roast Bicester team will begin this menu by serving a delicious variety of canapes as the guests mingle at the reception. The dishes will include a succlent duck breast, fresh salmon, mini pizzas, and an Indian selection. Canapes are perfect for allowing the guests to enjoy a broad selection of tastes and flavours whilst they chat and enjoy the atmosphere.
For the main meal, we will be serving our classic hog roast, which will be cooked to perfection on-site. The succulent pork will be accompanied by sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling, as well as roasted baby potatoes and seasonal vegetables. This meal is always a success and is the perfect hearty main meal for the occasion.
Finally, we will serve our dessert course, with the guests choosing between a chocolate torte or an individual cheesecake. The dishes will be accompanied by English cream and fresh berries to create an elegant and delicious final course.
