Here is just one menu you could enjoy this month…This February, Hog Roast Jericho is catering for a comedy night at a pub in Oxford. The pub has hosted comedy nights in the past and this one is sure to be another success, with local comedians performing before a headline act. During the halftime break, Hog Roast Jericho will be serving a classic hog roast menu, which is our most popular choice for large-scale events. This menu includes a succulent hog and a variety of tasty sides, with more than enough for every guest to enjoy whilst watching the entertainment.
When the day of the event arrived, the Hog Roast Jericho team got to the pub in the afternoon to ensure that we had enough time to prepare all of the dishes on-site. We began by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook for around five hours. Once ready, the succulent pork was expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Alternatively, we also served BBQ-pulled jackfruit and marinated chicken kebabs, as well as homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, and a variety of fresh salad dishes.
