Today’s Hog Roast took place in Pishill. Patricias son Matt had received his university results and he now officially got a 1:1 in a law degree so this means celebration by having a gourmet BBQ garden party. It was a sunny after for a Hog Roast Pishill. This menu was like having a classic BBQ it included beef burgers, sausages, chicken and BBQ Ribs all homemade by myself of course. I started to cook the meat around 3.10PM when guests started arriving.
All the meats where sizzling and smelling great. I made some fresh green leaf salads and home made coleslaw and brought along some fresh grated local cheese. All the guests where having fun and the food went down a treat with people coming back for seconds! Hog Roast Pishill was a great day celebrating great things!
