We love catering for corporate events as they are such a challenge large volumes of people and that means many mouths to feed and we are always up for a challenge that is what we are all about here at Hog Roast Oxford. We were asked to cater for three thousand people and it was a large charity fund raising event and one we totally enjoy we at least have one large corporate event a month, we were catering for a company who have used us in the past for events and it is such a compliment being asked time and time again, a large order catering for one thousand and a large volume of food two plump pigs, fifty chicken’s twenty five joints of beef and thirty joints of lamb with some jacket potatoes and we say some over one thousand! A large selection of fillings all freshly prepared on the day cheese, chive tuna and onion and chicken supreme three of our popular fillings and then there is the salad and do we go through some amount of salad, you wouldn’t believe the chopping and peeling alone is such a mammoth task the meat cooks its self and is the most simplest of tasks then the array of dips yogurt and lime, yogurt and cucumber and coleslaw and chutney you name it and we have it! Hog Roast Hire made some delicious potato skins too and a wonderful summer fruit salad with cream a supreme feast and one to impress all laid out on the tables as our staff stood there waiting for the guests to arrive as the guests came through the doors our staff greeted each one with a smile and a glass of champagne 
we think it is so important to smile it costs nothing and puts everyone at ease, we had a good crowd gather around our pig finding it fascination as most do and the pig certainly gets the crowd chatting, we spent the day serving and making the guests feel at ease as the clients struck deals and we certainly got the thumbs up again another large hog roast Oxford event well done!
