I just want to say a huge thank you for the hog roast you supplied us on Saturday, it was a runaway success! I thought your communication from the moment of enquiry up to the night of service was friendly and efficient from start to finish and I really appreciated the call in the evening to let me know you were on the way. The service on the night was fantastic, polite, helpful and so self sufficient which was really appreciated. The food was beautifully presented, from bread basket to sauces but most importantly the pig was delicious, moist and plentiful! There have been so many compliments about the hog roast from the guests and we have thoroughly enjoyed the leftovers for the last couple of days.
